Custom Jewelry
We’re happy to offer custom pieces made just for you! If you’d like to request a custom design, please fill out the custom request form. After we receive your request, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to get back to you. Once your custom design is approved, the current production time is 4-8 weeks.
Sizing
If you’re unsure about your ring size, we recommend ordering a ring sizer, visiting your local jeweler for sizing, or checking out online resources. Here are a few tips to help ensure an accurate fit:
Make sure your finger is neither too hot nor too cold, as this can affect the size
The ring should fit snugly—loose enough to slide over your knuckle, but not so tight that it requires force to put on or take off
Keep in mind that your finger size can vary throughout the day or depending on the weather
For cuffs, sizing is based on the measurement from one edge of the metal to the other, not including the gap. If you're unsure about sizing, here’s a helpful guide:
XS 5.25” (recommended for wrists with a 5.75 - 6.25” circumference)
S/M 5.5” (recommended for wrists with a 6.25 - 6.75” circumference)
M/L 6” (recommended for wrists with a 6.75 - 7.25” circumference)
XL 6.25” (recommended for wrists with a 7.25 - 7.75” circumference)

Resizing
If needed, many rings can be sized up by up to a quarter or full size, depending on the design. While resizing rings down is generally not possible, exceptions can sometimes be made. Cuffs can typically be shortened if necessary.
If you need an item resized and have already discussed it with us, we’re happy to make adjustments at no additional charge (except for sizing down rings). Customers are only responsible for the shipping costs.

If an item is marked as “ready to ship,” it will be shipped within 1-5 business days after your purchase. For items that are “made to order,” please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping. Custom orders may have varying shipping times, so feel free to reach out to Silver B if you have any questions about your custom order’s shipping timeline.
All orders are shipped via USPS and include $50 insurance coverage and a tracking number. You’ll receive the tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that once your package is dropped off at the post office and the tracking number is provided, it is no longer under Silver B’s responsibility
Shipping
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to Silver B as soon as possible. We will do our best to address any concerns and resolve the issue. Please note that all "made to order" and custom pieces are final sale. Silver B reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges.
Return
Silver B offers repairs on items within 30 days of purchase. Depending on the cause of the damage, there may be a fee for the repair. Please note that some types of damage may not be repairable. After 30 days, repairs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
